In 1958, Mr.Awni and Talat Mari emigrated from Palestine and came to Jordan. They setteled in the capital Amman and worked in variouse domains. They started as a small factory for manufacturing watches' leather.

In 1962, The Mari's Brothers established Mari Trading Company that specialized in selling Swiss watches parts, and after a while they were able to expand and be the 1st agent and only one for RADO watches.

In 1964, The comapny reallt started nourishing and fulfilling its goal in being the agent of more than one international company, in addition to opening their 1st store, they continued properizing and now they have 3 stores in different areas and the autjorization of TISSOT watches to be their only agent.

In 2000, The company founder Mr. Awni Mari' died and new board was established of the managerial members:

Board Director: Mr. Talat Mari'

Vice President: Mohammad Mari'

General Manager: Saa'd Mari'

Marketing Manager: Mazhar Mari'

Under the management of the new board, the company continued developing to have additional eight dealers spread in Amman.
